Privacy Policy

Serpent & Summitis built to respect your privacy. There are no accounts, no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking. The short version: we don’t collect your personal information.

Data stored on your device

Your game progress, stats, unlocked themes, and settings (such as whether sound is muted) are saved locally on your device. They never leave your device and we can’t see them.

Online multiplayer (optional)

If you choose to play an online game with friends, we temporarily store the current game state, a random game code, and any display name you type, on our hosting provider (Supabase) so the game can sync between players’ devices. A random, app-generated identifier is used to track whose turn it is. This information is not linked to your real-world identity, is not used for advertising or tracking, and is used only to run the game. If you only play locally or against the computer, no data is sent anywhere.

Children’s privacy

The game is suitable for all ages and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Please choose a display name that does not reveal personal details.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update the date above. Continued use of the app means you accept the current policy.
